the staff were very helpful, especially carlos. i really appreciated the complimentary welcome gifts like fruit and drinks. the breakfast had many gluten-free and lactose-free options (especially the croissants).
when i arrived, the reception area was dated. i noticed torn wallpaper in the corridors (a minor detail, though noticeable). the carpets had stains, which detracted from the overall impression.

I found the staff helpful. They assisted with directions and provided useful information. The breakfast offered a good selection of pastries and hot items each morning. i also received a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, it was a nice touch. The hotel's location allowed me to easily walk to many key sights.
the elevator required navigating a few stairs to reach certain floors, it was slightly inconvenient.

the breakfast included a decent variety of items, such as croissants, cappuccino and fruit. The dining area was clean and well kept. I noticed the staff promptly replenished the buffet items. This ensured there was always something available during peak hours.

The gym had treadmills and weights, so i could keep up with my routine. i found the nearby restaurants convenient (there were several italian options). i appreciated the complimentary drinks upon arrival. It was a nice touch.
the elevator required using stairs to reach some floors.

Excellent stay NEAR Villa Borghese

The hotel is near Villa Borghese and restaurants. Simone ensured a prompt arrival to my room. He was very helpful and kind during the entire stay. The hotel and rooms are also clean and quiet.
The reception area Was a little dated. The corridors require some tlc. Wallpaper was ripped off the walls. The carpets were filthy.

The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood that is residential and quiet. It is not very touristy. It is an easy walk to the Galleria Borghese. A PERFECT spot.

i found the staff lovely and cute! they really were very good too accommodate every need i had. it was a lovely touch to receive a welcome drink. after very warm days, coming back to a comfy bed and fantastic air conditioning was great! the cleaner came each day to freshen up the room too.
